This patient presented with significant septal and columellar deviation, prominent nasal tip cartilage, and a dorsal hump. She underwent rhinoplasty to improve nasal alignment, refine the bridge and tip, and create a smaller nose that better complements her facial features. She is shown five months after surgery.
