This patient was bothered by her dorsal hump, wide nasal tip, and asymmetric tip cartilages that were visible through the skin. Rhinoplasty was performed to smooth the nasal bridge, improve the tip asymmetry, refine and narrow the nasal tip, and rotate and deproject the nose to create a more balanced profile that better complements her facial features. She is shown only two months postoperatively and still has expected swelling, particularly in the nasal tip. Her nose will continue to refine and gain definition throughout the first year after surgery.
