This patient presented with functional breathing concerns as well as cosmetic concerns, including nasal deviation to the right and asymmetric nostrils. She underwent a functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty to improve her nasal breathing, symmetry, and overall facial balance, and is shown 14 months after surgery.
