This patient had previously undergone a facelift and aggressive upper blepharoplasty elsewhere but came to me bothered by persistent fullness in her neck and a lack of jawline definition. A deep plane facelift and deep neck lift were performed to address the deeper structures contributing to her facial and neck aging, creating a more defined jawline and smoother neck contour. A lateral temporal lift was added to gently smooth and elevate the temple region, avoiding bunching as the facial and neck tissues were repositioned more vertically. A subtle “sprinkle” of fat grafting restored volume to multiple areas of her face, while an upper lip lift created better balance and harmony with her rejuvenated features. CO₂ laser resurfacing was also performed to improve her overall skin tone, texture, and fine lines.
